Sean is a leader with over 20 years of experience supporting firms of all sizes with some of their most pressing workforce challenges and opportunities.
Sean's most recent role, before co-founding Tempris, was leading Aon's Talent Consulting business in the UK.
Previously, Sean led the European division of renowned performance and rewards data and consulting business, McLagan.

Oli Watson
Co-Founder and Chief Engineer
Oli’s experience aligns closely with the rise of Generative AI, having dedicated his career to developing innovative tools and workforce solutions that leverage Large Language Models. Oli’s work has focused on analysing skills gaps, redesigning job architectures, and delivering impactful analytics solutions tailored to complex organisational challenges.

Matt Yerbury
Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Matt is a workforce expert with 20 years experience in technical roles at KPMG, Aon, Mercer and in-house at HSBC where he led people analytics and data science for 4 years. Most recently he has headed up workforce analytics and digital at KPMG where he pioneered a suite of cutting-edge workforce applications leveraging large language models (LLMs) and was a key contributor to the City of London’s ‘Future of AI & the workforce’ report.
